Unsere Lieferungen erfolgen per DPD. Bitte stellen Sie daher sicher, dass an der genannten Lieferadresse tagsüber jemand vor Ort ist, um das Paket gegen Unterschrift in Empfang nehmen zu können. Lieferungen an Postfächer und PickPost-Stationen sind nicht möglich, auch können keine Wunsch-Zustell-Tageszeiten berücksichtig werden.
Bitte vergessen Sie nicht, wenn Sie z.B. eine abweichende Lieferadresse erfassen, auch den Firmennamen der Lieferadresse aufzuführen, falls die Lieferung z.B. an eine Firma z.Hd. von Ihnen erfolgen soll.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass aufgrund der Vielzahl sperriger, schwerer und unförmiger Artikel die Berechnung der Anzahl Pakete pro Bestellung nicht automatisch erfolgen kann. Es kann daher vorkommen, dass in Ihrem Warenkorb und auf der Bestätigung nur ein Mal die Versandkosten aufgeführt sind, diese jedoch mehrfach berechnet werden, falls Ihre Sendung in mehrere Pakete aufgeteilt werden muss.
