Terms of service

Our "small print" written very large - because we have nothing to hide:

• General:
  We handle all orders and deliveries based on the following general terms and conditions. Orders only become binding upon our confirmation. We reserve the right to withdraw from an order without giving reasons if it can be assumed that the execution of the order represents a financial risk for us.
   
• Prices:
  All our prices are quoted excluding value added tax in Swiss francs, ex works Fehraltorf Switzerland, plus shipping costs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, the current prices are published online.
   
• Delivery time:
  Orders received by us by 15.00 o'clock are shipped the same day, goods availability and logistics capacity provided. The expected delivery dates for products which are not available from stock are estimates and are only binding after our order confirmation.
   
• Shipping costs:
  Shipment is made exclusively by DPD Switzerland, except for small items which can be sent by letter post. Postage is per parcel (max. weight and volume per parcel). For selected products, shipping is free of charge until revoked.
  
  The postage will be charged as follows:
  • DPD standard/classic (delivery within 24 - 48 h): Fr. 12.90
  • DPD express (delivery next working day till 12.00 AM): Fr. 25.00
  • DPD maxi/bulky goods (delivery within 24 - 48 h): Fr. 38.00
  • priority letter post (delivery within 24 - 48 h): Fr. 2.10
     
• Methods of payment:
  You have the option of selecting the following payment types:
  • Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa
  • Postfinance: Postcard, Post E-Finance
  • TWINT
  • e-banking: Klarna SOFORT bank transfer
  • PayPal
  • advance payment (payable within 5 days net)
  • invoice (payable 30 days net)

Basically we supply existing customers, companies registered in the commercial register as well as institutions, authorities and schools against invoice. In the event of late payment and new customers, we reserve the right to use other methods of payment.

• Delay of payment:
  If the term of payment is exceeded, we reserve the right to charge customary bank interest and reminder fees.
   
• Surcharge for quantities below minimum
  For orders below sFr. 100.-- a small order fee of sFr. 10.-- will be charged.
   
• Defects liability:
  Complaints regarding damaged or defective goods must be made in writing within 5 working days of receipt. Hidden defects are covered by a warranty of 2 years from date of invoice, except for parts subject to wear and tear and improper handling. It is up to us to decide whether we offer a free replacement or a rework. If a defect can neither be remedied by repair nor by replacement, the buyer can demand a reduction of the purchase price or cancel the purchase contract. Further claims are excluded unless we are guilty of intent or gross negligence.
   
• Return of goods:
  Returned items we only can accept in exceptional case after previous arrangement within 10 days of receipt of goods, please contact us by phone or e-mail. It is not possible to return goods that have been ordered too much or wrong (size e.g.). In any case a processing fee of Fr. 10.-- will be charged. Cloth and foil cuts and custom-made products are excluded from exchange.
• Withdrawal of the order:
  In the case of cancellations of orders (in particular with credit card payments), which are not caused by our fault (delayed delivery, not deliverable items), a processing fee of CHF 5.-- as also the card fee is nevertheless due.
   
• Delivery areas:
  Deliveries can be carried only in Switzerland and Lichtenstein. (We are pleased to share foreign customers the addresses of our partners in Europe.)
   
• Reservation of title:
  The goods will stay our property until full payment.
